We want to provide the best possible service but we are now working through a significant backlog of customer contacts from the lockdown period. If you wish to speak directly to a member of our team please be aware that call volumes are very high due to the volume of service and warranty work outstanding through the COVID lockdown. Hence call waiting times may be excessive and for this we apologise.
For enquiries relating to an existing order or planned installation our lines are now open and waiting times are lower, albeit still can exceed our normal standards. Please do not call this number if your enquiry relates to an existing installation.
